Maintenance Supervisor (Second or Third Shift)
Adecco is representing a client seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for second or third shifts to lead a team in maintaining equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and supervise skilled and unskilled maintenance workers.
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, including building codes and safety standards.
- Support the company's Core Values and Leadership Behaviors.
- Maximize facility / department performance indicators to align with organizational strategy.
- Support department lean initiatives, including maintaining 5S requirements.
- Manage department activities in the absence of the maintenance manager.
- Handle employee relations, including complaints and problem resolution.
- Conduct monthly department meetings and complete performance evaluations.
- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies for essential equipment.
- Oversee all preventative maintenance activities.
- Maintain SAP and CMMS software and related documentation.
- Obtain quotes from contractors as needed.
- Mentor and direct department staff.
- Ensure all contractors have appropriate documentation.
- Identify, recommend, and authorize training activities for the department.
- Develop and monitor maintenance schedules and budgets.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyman / woman trade certification preferred.
- Minimum of five years in a maintenance machining environment and two years in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft and other software applications.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry changes and new technologies.
