Our Security Supervisor positions play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. This role involves leading a team of Security Officers, ensuring post compliance, and delivering exceptional service through proactive supervision, training, and communication.

Security Supervisor $25.00 / hr

A Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at assigned client sites. This includes supervising personnel, ensuring adherence to post orders, and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership : Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers, ensuring all duties are performed in accordance with post orders and company policies.
• Training & Development : Train new and existing staff, review post procedures, and ensure team readiness.
• Scheduling & Coverage : Coordinate shift coverage and ensure all posts are staffed appropriately.
• Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives, addressing concerns and ensuring service excellence.
• Incident Management : Respond to emergencies, conduct investigations, and file detailed reports.
• Performance Management : Coach, discipline, and evaluate staff performance; document actions and escalate as needed.
• Patrolling & Inspections : Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to ensure safety and compliance.
• Administrative Support : Assist with payroll, personnel documentation, and report submissions.
