In this role, you'll help customers secure the best financing options while offering products that protect and enhance their vehicles - including undercoating, paint protection, and more. What You'll Do

Guide customers through financing options with clarity and confidence.

Present and sell value-added products that enhance vehicle protection and appearance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple lending institutions.

Stay current on lender programs, incentives, and rate changes.

Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations.

Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to achieve profitability goals.

Support sales staff by teaching effective financing and product presentation techniques.

Maintain knowledge of dealership policies, Red Flag, and other compliance requirements.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly objectives.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (college experience a plus).

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
