Operations support

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as an Operations Support Associate. This role is central to improving our control environment, streamlining processes, and providing key risk transparency to stakeholders and Senior Management. The ideal candidate will be adept at risk analysis, process improvement, and coordination across global teams. This position is temporary ending 12 / 2026.

salary : $19.99 - $20 per hour

shift : First

work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

education : High School

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Global Risk Managers to execute risk reviews and perform data analysis, continuously working to improve the overall control environment via multiple work streams and initiatives.
• Proactively identify and implement new opportunities to enhance controls and procedures, with a specific focus on decommissioning manual processes for increased efficiency and reduced risk.
• Assist in incident management and action plan management, ensuring timely resolution and effective remediation.
• Analyze operational errors to accurately determine the root cause, control breakdowns, impact, and ensure preventative actions are properly captured.
• Propose improvements to processes and provide guidance to line teams on the incident management process.
• Host risk review calls with internal operational stakeholders to discuss and assess potential risks.
• Provide assistance to line teams and supervise the migration of procedures to strategic locations.
• Identify and highlight potential risks during migration and collaborate with line teams to find and implement effective solutions.
