Our client is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Support to join their team on a temporary basis. Within this role, you will be part of the Finance / Accounting department supporting the accounting team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Part-Time Temporary Accounting Support
Location : Glen Rock, PA
Pay Range : $24 / hr
Shift : 20-24 hr / wk between 8am-4pm
What's the Job?
- Assist with processing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support reconciliation of general ledger workpapers and vendor statements
- Help prepare and support compliance tasks such as sales tax, W-9 collection, and 1099 filings
- Learn and assist with the transition between ERP systems, including Odoo
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure smooth financial operations
