Our client is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Support to join their team on a temporary basis. Within this role, you will be part of the Finance / Accounting department supporting the accounting team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Part-Time Temporary Accounting Support
Location : Glen Rock, PA
Pay Range : $24 / hr
Shift : 20-24 hr / wk between 8am-4pm
What's the Job?
Assist with processing accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
Support reconciliation of general ledger workpapers and vendor statements
Help prepare and support compliance tasks such as sales tax, W-9 collection, and 1099 filings
Learn and assist with the transition between ERP systems, including Odoo
Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure smooth financial operations
What's Needed?
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or related accounting roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work well within a team environment
Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to process changes
