Position Overview :

We are seeking a Help Desk Support (Level 1) professional to provide front-line technical assistance and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will support users across various communication channels, troubleshoot hardware / software issues, and ensure timely resolution through proper documentation and escalation.

Responsibilities :

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person communications.
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues including :
• Assist with onboarding tasks such as creating user accounts and configuring hardware.
• Support audio / video equipment in conference rooms.
• Document all support interactions in the ticketing / tracking system.
• Escalate issues as needed and communicate recurring trends to management.
• Work within established processes and follow documented configuration steps for complex issues.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service at all times.
