Must-Have Skills :

• 2-3 years of experience delivering excellent customer service across phone, email, and in-person channels.
• Hands-on experience supporting computers, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows 10, Adobe products, and general system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure.
