We are searching for a Closing Manager to assist our real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, and post closing issues.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle a constantly changing environment and love working with people.

Compensation : $50,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities :
- Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
- Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
- Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly
- Oversee all administrative tasks regarding home buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to close
Qualifications :
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills
- Real estate license preferred
- Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred
- High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience
- Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
- Must be a critical thinker
