This position's typical schedule is 40 hours per week, which may include evenings and / or weekends. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the company's applicable plans.

The Division Director Financial Services will ensure the Eastern Division credit / financial organization is adequately staffed, and employees understand and are trained in the responsibilities of their positions. This individual will direct the Division credit / financial organization in the management of the account receivable as well as establish strong relationships with the Division's larger customers. Additionally, this position will provide support for inventory management, assist with audit reviews, and NSF check management. This individual will develop the annual budget for the Division credit / financial organization and negotiate contracts. In addition to the above, the Division Director Financial Services will be expected to grow the credit / financial team professionally. The Director will ensure employees' goals align with the overall Division goals, and that performance reviews are executed in a timely manner. This individual is expected to develop and maintain a succession plan for key positions (including their own) in the Division Credit / Financial Organization. This position will also develop and implement training programs for the stores and sales reps to enhance their understanding of the credit / account receivable process to help them grow charge sales.
