The enhancements operations manager is responsible for managing all aspects of enhancements operations and production on a portfolio of maintenance accounts. This position reports directly to the branch manager and is responsible for managing a book of businesses at a minimum of $1 million. Essential functions and responsibilities include supporting company vision, performing inspections, managing operational issues, managing budget, managing and leading teams, training employees, and working closely with the branch manager.
KPIs include quality control audits, safety inspections, contract renewal, quality jobs completed on time, customer surveys, equipment inspections, crew safety and efficiency, crew leaders, critical field best practices, employee development, and aspire best practices.
Education and experience qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, 5+ years of experience as an enhancement supervisor / manager, general knowledge of irrigation systems and turf management programs, and experience in Aspire Landscape Operating System preferred.
Skills and abilities qualifications include excellent organizational skills, problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and trust, strong working knowledge of computers, travel required, and valid driver's license with a reasonably clean record.
