Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales plan to grow new and existing client accounts.

Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.

Conduct client consultations to understand project needs and recommend signage solutions.

Coordinate with project managers and estimators to prepare accurate proposals and contracts.

Stay informed on products, fabrication methods, and installation processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate CRM records and track all sales activities.

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Provide consistent, outstanding customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales role (industry experience preferred but not required).

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings is a plus.

Highly organized and self-motivated with strong time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
