A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the regional admissions process for prospective Fellows.
Key Responsibilities
Execute selection criteria and evaluation processes to ensure equity in talent engagement and selection
Manage the applicant experience and improve accessibility and success through the onboarding pipeline
Provide strategic insights and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance recruitment initiatives and applicant outcomes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field
Proven ability to use data for decision-making and improve systems and processes
Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Strong project management skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
Ability to exercise independent judgment in complex situations
