Senior Financial Analyst
Our privately owned West Coast client seeks a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This role will serve as a strategic financial business partner to the leadership team and would be an excellent fit for someone who is driven, people-focused, highly collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote role.
Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on making strategic financial decisions.
- Lead FP&A and budgeting activities; keep leadership informed on financial findings.
- Develop analytic tools and reporting models, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting (revenue, personnel expenses, and capital / operational expenditure) experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial statement preparations (cash flow, balance sheet, P&L).
- Strong business acumen and business partnering skills; exposure to manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with the ability to comfortably navigate large data sets.
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Salary : $100k $130k + Bonus (DOE)
