Job descriptionServe as the primary technical point of contact for all assigned tasks and projects at the employer Complete installations, upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting of various technical components Manage technical escalations and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders Maintain communication regarding technical status reports and project tracking with senior management Participate in weekly and quarterly meetings to report on progress against technical tasks and goals 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role or physical security within the U.S. banking sector Strong technical skills in enterprise software, video surveillance systems, and network management Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex information clearly Ability to prioritize and resolve cross-functional issues effectively Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% domestically Experience with the installation and support of the employer's software and hardware Experience in managing large, complex physical security projects in the U.S. banking sector
