A company is looking for a Sr. TPA Administrator to manage and retain clients' retirement plan business while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee recordkeeping for client plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate processing
Mentor team members and assist with complex plan issues, project oversight, and client relationships
Prepare compliance documents and manage project deadlines for client invoicing and service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred or equivalent experience
Seven or more years of related TPA / retirement experience required; ASPPA exam completion / certification required or willingness to obtain
Strong computer skills, particularly in Windows, Word, and Excel
Excellent mathematical aptitude and ability to multi-task
Experience with Relius Administration is a plus
