Office Coordinator Opportunity

Our client, a national law firm in Philadelphia, is seeking a temporary Office Coordinator to join their team! This position will work onsite five days a week as part of a small, collaborative group responsible for filing, scanning, and organizing a high volume of legal documentation. Strong attention to detail is essential.
About You
1+ year of experience in a professional or corporate office setting (internships count!) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize competing deadlines Quick learner who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
About the Job
Provide comprehensive documentation support, including creating files, scanning, printing, and maintaining organized records Assist with daily office operations, including managing office supplies and equipment Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications as needed Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and room arrangements Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Support coordination of building maintenance and service requests
This is a full-time, onsite temporary position expected to last approximately four months, paying up to $20 / hour, depending on experience.
