Our dedicated team advises students, administers programs, and provides comprehensive support for study abroad. NC State Study Abroad is seeking an experienced professional to manage all front office operations and provide administrative support critical to the success of study abroad programs. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Advising, this position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the university and in collaboration with all areas of the Study Abroad Office.

Essential Job Duties :
The Study Abroad Program Associate serves as the welcoming first point of contact for students, families, and campus partners exploring global opportunities. In this role, you’ll combine your organization, communication, and empathy skills to support students from initial inquiry through program completion. You’ll help maintain accurate records and ensure smooth coordination across offices.
