The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be located in Pisscataway, New Jersey. As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for the candidate experience for skilled professionals to essential frontline workers. This position offers the opportunity to apply your strategic approach and creativity, making a lasting impact by building a workforce that aligns with our organizational goals and vision. This position is a hybrid role in our facility in Piscataway, NJ. The role pays 80-85k USD annually.

How you create impact

Plan hiring programs such as email blasts, onsite events, and virtual job fairs

Manage requisitions and candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and automated high-volume hiring event platform

Develop partnerships with community resources and local colleges to build brand recognition

Use resources and develop sourcing strategies to quickly fill positions with quality candidates

Create recruiting kits, plan and set up hiring events, make offers of employment, and ensure candidates are swiftly moved through the pre-hire process

Use social media and recruiting tools to market open positions and build a talent pipeline

Conduct initial application reviews and phone screen candidates to assess qualifications

Cultivate trusted working relationships with hiring managers and Human Resources

What we would like you to bring

3+ years of experience as a high-volume, full-cycle Recruiter

3+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Success Factors and recruiting-related systems

3+ years of experience in full cycle recruitment

Bilingual in English and Spanish; proficient in verbal and written communication

Experience with sourcing tools such as Indeed and LinkedIn
