The US base salary range for this full-time position is $208,000-$293,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
• Apply Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) fundamentals and collaborate with teams to help them understand and apply RCCA tools and principles and analyze / understand failure to resolve issues.
• Define and execute data collection activities for high complexity technical issues.
• Drive process design, optimization, and qualification activities of a manufacturing process for a component, part, or product.
• Manage cross-functional teams, NPI, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and planning in the electronic manufacturing industry. Have knowledge of product life-cycle management, manufacturing of compute and networking hardware from Printed Circuit Board Assembly's (PCBAs) to Rack integration as well as testing solutions and strategies.
