We are looking for an experienced, organized, and ambitious applicant with a positive attitude and solid work ethic to deliver qualified IT staffing solutions to clients in the greater KC area. Our work environment is fast-paced and encourages professionals to grow their income through hard work with one of the best compensation plans in the business. Successful sales associates in the staffing industry, who are resourceful, out-going, and passionate about selling, can thrive in this position by successfully establishing relationships with new prospects.

Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• Min. 2 years experience selling IT staffing services
• Must have focused primarily on consulting (temp) roles.
• Must be willing to work onsite 2x per week in Kansas City office

• New Business Development/Net New Business/New Logo Acquisition
• True "Hunter" mentality
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills
