If You Are Someone Who :

Ideal entry-level position for individuals enthusiastic about building communication and customer service expertise while gaining insight into the insurance industry.

Excellent verbal communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, detail-focused, and self-motivated.

Comfortable with making outbound calls; comprehensive training will be provided.

No previous experience necessaryjust a positive attitude and eagerness to learn!

What Were Looking For :

Exceptional listening, verbal, and written communication skills

Bilingual candidates are a strong plus!

Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools

Property and Casualty license (must be willing to obtain-we will help with this)

Life and Health license (must be willing to obtain-we will help with this)

What Youll Do :

Proactively reach out to current and prospective clients to arrange appointments for insurance reviews, policy updates, and new applications.

Accurately document and manage all scheduled appointments and follow-up communications.

Support the sales team by maintaining well-organized, fully booked calendars to optimize productivity.

Deliver courteous and professional interactions to ensure a positive customer experience.
