Digital Media Operations Assistant

This position will be onsite in-office during business hours, with the option to work anytime from 7am PST to 6pm PST Monday through Friday.

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Digital Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This role is crucial for individuals passionate about data and process efficiency, offering a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Excel and data analysis to drive our digital operations forward.

The ideal candidate will possess a profound knowledge of Excel formulas and tools, capable of easily managing and analyzing large data sets.

Your responsibilities will include creating insightful reports, building diagrams, charts, and workflows, and improving processes by managing and creating SOPs / Guides.

Responsibilities :

• Create and analyze reports in Excel
• Able to manage and analyze huge data sets - strong knowledge of Excel formulas and tools
• Understanding of diagram, chart, and workflow building
• Ability to analyze and improve processes - management, and creation of SOPs / Guides
• Track and manage client deliverables through the project management system
• Ability to multitask and assist with marketing campaigns as needed (some social media, google ads, blog posting, etc)
• Assist the Digital Operations Manager and team as needed

Skills :

• BS / BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Pay Rate :
• $18-23 / hr
• $18-23 / hr
