About the Role

At Translucent, Forward Deployed Engineers act as full-stack problem-solvers, working alongside enterprise customers to configure and deploy AI financial analysts in high-stakes operational environments. You’ll play a customer-facing technical role—translating the real-world complexity of provider organizations into system inputs our agents can understand and act on.

You’ll work across data pipelines, business rule encoding, agent configuration, and prototype iteration. Your success means our customers trust the outputs and build habits around using our AI to run their business.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of Translucent agents at healthcare provider organizations.
• Translate business rules and financial models (e.g., service line mappings, cost structures, productivity logic) into structured inputs for our AI.
• Collaborate directly with customers to validate outputs, customize workflows, and iterate on performance.
• Work hand-in-hand with AI Engineers and Product to shape features based on customer deployment learnings.
• Serve as the connective tissue between sales, success, and engineering to ensure high-trust launches.
• Build robust integrations with various source of truth systems like data warehouses, and ERP systems.
• Build a repeatable and scalable playbook for large enterprise deployments including onboarding, data integrations, and user education.
