Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role located in Burbank, CA. As a Commercial Line Account Manager you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exemplary customer service, and ensuring the smooth handling of commercial lines coverage. Day-to-day tasks involve facilitating communication between clients and insurance providers, marketing of renewal policies, and addressing any questions or concerns clients may have to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Experience in Commercial Lines Coverage and Insurance Markets

Account Management and Customer Service skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
