Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Commercial P&C Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and managing a book of commercial clients, supporting producers, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial P&C accounts (renewals, endorsements, certificates, COIs).

Communicate with clients to address policy questions, coverage changes, and claims support.

Prepare and present renewal proposals.

Market accounts to carriers when necessary.

Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.

Collaborate with producers and carriers to ensure proper coverage and client satisfaction.
