As a Program Management Manager within PNC's Enterprise Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

We are seeking a strategic and analytically driven Program Management Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives across areas such as Enterprise Garage (Marketing, Automation, and Customer Communication) and Workforce Technology. This role will primarily focus on Workforce Technology, with flexibility to support Enterprise Garage depending on skillset. You will be responsible for driving delivery excellence across multiple programs and applications, while managing corporate responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic programs across Workforce Technology and Enterprise Tech domains.
• Drive delivery of technology solutions supporting marketing automation and workforce enablement.
• Oversee program execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partners and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across the enterprise.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and metrics to monitor progress and optimize delivery.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and forecasting accuracy.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to direct reports and broader program teams.

Job Description

Manages and leads program managers to ensure success in the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. No requirement for program size.

Manages and assesses the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; participates in the development of strategies to ensure projects achieve overall program goals.

Oversight and reporting for the overall program budget while working to ensure success of the program.

Monitors and evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements based on results.

Coaches and develops program managers. Retains and grows relationships with service partner leadership to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $80,000.00 $192,050.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business, and / or individual performance.
