The Director of Nursing (RN) ensures clinical excellence across all client services. Key Responsibilities Conduct and review clinical assessments and care plans. Train and evaluate caregivers for competency and compliance. Supervise delivery of care per AHCA standards. Lead quality assurance reviews and documentation audits. Partner with the Operations Director to align staffing with client needs. Participate in staff development, education, and training. Maintain professional standards of infection control, confidentiality, and safety. Reporting Structure Reports to : Owner & CEO Collaborates with : Director of Operations, Caregivers Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Florida RN license 3+ years of nursing experience, including supervisory roles Strong documentation, teaching, and quality control skills Excellent communication and interpersonal effectiveness Preferred Qualifications Experience in home-care or AHCA-regulated environments Background in policy development or nurse education Familiarity with EMR and telehealth platforms Understanding of performance-based compliance audits Core Competencies Empathy and clinical judgment Training and mentorship Integrity and precision Collaboration and teamwork Growth Potential Clinical Services Director (Full-Time) Regional Director of Nursing Benefits Pay : $40 per hour ($31 K annually) Health contribution and PTO Flexible hours / work-life balance Continuing-education and cert support Financial-wellness program after 1 year Future retirement match plan Supportive leadership and clear communication
