Director Of Nursing (RN)
The Director of Nursing (RN) ensures clinical excellence across all client services. Key Responsibilities Conduct and review clinical assessments and care plans. Train and evaluate caregivers for competency and compliance. Supervise delivery of care per AHCA standards. Lead quality assurance reviews and documentation audits. Partner with the Operations Director to align staffing with client needs. Participate in staff development, education, and training. Maintain professional standards of infection control, confidentiality, and safety.
