Role Highlights
- Apply MIG, TIG, and stick processes to diverse materials with a focus on accuracy and repeatability.
- Decipher blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications, tolerances, and sequence of operations.
- Verify weld quality through inspection and testing to meet structural and quality requirements.
- Keep welding equipment and tools in optimal condition through routine care and troubleshooting.
- Work cross-functionally to hit project timelines and production goals.
- Champion safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Support junior welders through coaching and knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of hands-on welding experience.Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documentation and blueprints.Quality-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated problem-solving ability; effective working solo or within a team.Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) are a plus, not a requirement.Able to lift, maneuver, and work with heavy materials and equipment.Equipment You’ll Operate
