Build and scale Nooks integrations (SEP, CRM, Call Logging, ETL) so customer workflows connect seamlessly into the Dialer.

What you'll work on :

• Design, implement, and own high-scale integrations with SEPs + CRMs
• Own data pipelines to handle billions of data points (Tasks, Prospects, Accounts, ETL, retries, rate limits).
• Drive reliability and monitoring for integrations (uptime, latency, error rates).
• Collaborate with Product and GTM on customer-impactful integration priorities.
• Mentor teammates and provide backend technical leadership within Core Dialer.
