Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the sales floor and perimeter areas on a daily basis.
• Clean, sweep, mop, and dust the entire store.
• Clean and pick up trash and debris from flower beds and the yard around the store.
• Respond promptly to hazardous floor conditions.
• Adhere to OSHA standards in chemical usage.
• Use the HEB chemical program and correctly organize / maintain stock in the maintenance room.
• Wash windows and mirrors throughout the store.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles.
• Maintain ceiling air vents and replace light bulbs.
• Assist customers in locating products.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met by following SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned.
