Responsibilities :
- Plan and organize service requests, utilizing agency action plans to meet target dates and production goals.
- Develop and deliver health and safety training, adapting materials to agency needs and delivering sessions in-person or via webinar.
- Conduct assessments, audits, and incident investigations in line with safety programs and agency policies.
- Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations for injury data and trend analysis.
- Support injury / illness prevention, safety, industrial hygiene, and AIPP compliance.
- Work independently to provide on-site health and safety support, transferring knowledge to agency personnel.
- Collaborate in a team environment, understanding and adapting to client needs, building strong relationships, and promoting a safety culture.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of occupational safety experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong assessment, verbal, and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Extended period of working via computer Sitting for extended periods of time
