Staff Management | SMX has immediate openings for Production Associates in Asheboro! We are looking for hardworking, dedicated applicants to use our high-tech machines to assist in the manufacturing of rubber tread and to inspect the product for the top-quality brand we strive for. Pay Rate : $15.50 - $16.00 / hour

Duties :

• Work with, and around, moving mechanical parts throughout the facility
• Load and unload the assigned machines.
• Lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, and sometimes crouch

Position Requirements :

We need employees who can work a seven-day rotating schedule, including some weekends, as well as work a 12-hour shift. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where noise levels can vary, and it can become very loud. No experience is needed for this role!
