Northrop Grumman, Space Systems, is currently seeking an experienced Operations Site Manager 1 for Propulsion Systems Manufacturing of Case Products to join our team. This position will be supporting the Propulsion Systems Division at our Copper Crossing Value Stream (CXVS) facility in Salt Lake City, Utah
Role description & Responsibilities :
This position has direct frontline leadership responsibility over Rocket Motor Case fabrication utilizing people, equipment, tooling, and facilities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, employee development and cost objectives are met.
This is a weekday, night shift position . Overtime is worked as necessary. Additional hours beyond a standard shift may be essential occasionally as production requires.

Salary Range : $92,600 - $139,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
