The Senior Financial Analyst will support corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A) by driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. This role is critical in delivering insights to senior leadership through financial modeling, performance tracking, and reporting. The analyst will also support financial systems, process improvements, and M&A integration efforts across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the full financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop financial models to support decision-making.
• Coordinate the annual budget and quarterly outlook processes, including deliverables and communication with finance partners.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting decks for the Board of Directors and executive leadership.
• Develop standardized management reporting tools, dashboards, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with finance systems teams to improve reporting processes and tools.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in financial systems such as OneStream and Business Intelligence.
• Lead or support OneStream implementation projects and provide training to users.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and process efficiency.
• Support M&A integration, including synergy tracking and post-deal performance evaluation.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $105,000 - $137,000. In addition to your salary, H.B.
