Job Title : Senior Financial Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing financial models for our business units and corporate initiatives. This position involves analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, as well as performing ad hoc financial analyses to support business scenarios and cases.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models for business units and corporate initiatives.
Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Perform ad hoc financial analyses to evaluate business scenarios and support business cases.
Support the development of the annual budget and long-range financial plans.
Assist in preparing and updating rolling forecasts based on actual performance and business trends.
Collaborate with business partners to ensure forecast accuracy and alignment with company goals.
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and analysis for senior management.
Recommend improvements to financial planning processes and reporting workflows.
Contribute to the enhancement of financial systems and planning tools.
Support automation and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency.
Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess business performance against targets.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of related finance experience.
Experience with financial planning systems such as Hyperion, Oracle, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, ROI, and profitability analysis.
Proficient in building, maintaining, and interpreting complex financial models.
Solid grasp of operational drivers that impact financial performance.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to convert complex financial results into recommendations.

Work Environment
This role is based in downtown Minneapolis, with a hybrid work schedule. The work environment offers flexibility with the option to work on-site either Monday through Wednesday or Tuesday through Thursday. Parking is provided. You will report to the Finance Manager and collaborate with finance individuals to compile and share financial reports.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $115000.00 / yr.
