Manager, Strategic Operations

We are looking for a hands-on, resourceful operator to help connect the dots across Sales, Marketing, Product, R&D, Operations, and Labs. This role focuses on keeping projects organized, ensuring resources are aligned to priorities, and helping cross-department initiatives move forward smoothly.

The Manager of Strategic Operations will be in the middle of the action—tracking progress, solving problems, and making sure key initiatives don’t stall. Beyond execution, this role also brings strategic thinking to the table : spotting gaps, anticipating challenges, and helping leadership adjust plans so the company stays aligned and moving in the right direction.

Responsibilities

Planning & Alignment

• Work with department leads to translate company goals into clear projects and action items.
• Help prioritize initiatives and ensure teams stay aligned on the highest-impact work.
• Support quarterly and annual planning by gathering input, documenting plans, and tracking commitments.
