For more than 70 years, Wesley Woods has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional retirement living and innovative services. Guided by our mission—to create communities of connection, wellbeing, and promise—we are a faith-based, mission-driven nonprofit organization.

We manage ten communities across eight locations in North Georgia, serving over 1,800 older adults. Our portfolio includes :

• Five rent-supported communities through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
• Three Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs)
• One Fee Simple Home community
• One conventional market-rate community

To support this mission, the Wesley Woods Foundation raises essential philanthropic resources.

Our corporate office is located in Atlanta, Georgia , with communities in Atlanta, Athens, Augusta, Blairsville, Newnan, and Roswell .

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Wesley Woods Senior Living, Inc. (WWSL) , the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a critical leadership role in advancing the mission of the organization. The CFO partners with the CEO, executive leadership, and the Board of Directors to oversee all financial, administrative, and risk management operations.

As a corporate officer appointed by the Board, the CFO also serves as Secretary / Treasurer for WWSL and its affiliated entities and acts as a non-voting board member for each affiliate.

This position operates primarily in a professional office setting. The role routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, copiers, filing systems, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The role is largely sedentary but includes activities such as filing, which may involve lifting files, opening file drawers, bending, and standing as needed.

Travel Requirements

Up to 25% travel may be required to support organizational needs and attend meetings at community locations across North Georgia.
