A company is looking for a Human Resources Manager, with growth potential to a Senior HR Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and oversee day-to-day HR operations
Manage multi-state payroll operations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Lead recruitment efforts and training initiatives to enhance employee development and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Experience with multi-state payroll operations and HR compliance requirements
Strong knowledge of employment laws and exceptional leadership skills
Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
