Key Responsibilities

Participate in structured learning and engage in instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing

Shadow claims experts to learn best practices in managing workers' compensation claims

Handle an evolving portfolio of claims under supervision, applying training to real-world scenarios

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred

Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel, and PPT)

Adaptable to changes in procedures and technology
