Senior UI / UX Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Principal UI / UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design efforts, including user research, prototyping, and usability testing

Define design principles and frameworks to ensure consistency across applications

Mentor designers and advocate for design as a strategic function within the organization

Required Qualifications

16+ years of relevant experience in UX design with management and leadership experience

Relevant BA / BS degree

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Axure, and Photoshop

Experience in mobile and responsive design

Strong background in usability testing and user interviews
