A company is looking for a Software Engineer Manager who will lead professionals in Software Development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Software Development organization to achieve development goals for all releases

Ensure efficient movement of software from development to production while maintaining communication

Write clean, SOLID code and engage in all phases of software development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA preferred

5+ years of IT experience in various technical disciplines

2+ years of leadership experience

Comprehensive knowledge of Software Engineering practices

Proven experience in an Agile / Lean development environment
