Director of Maintenance and Reliability
Carrollton, GA
Reporting to the VP of Maintenance Systems, the Director of Maintenance and Reliability is a hybrid role based out of Carrollton, GA with 25-30% travel. With 5+ direct reports, this role will :
- Lead adoption of and adherence to the Reliability and Maintainability Roadmap to drive asset effectiveness while fostering a proactive maintenance culture.
- Work directly with plant maintenance managers to drive improvement of functional skills and capabilities throughout each organization.
- Develop and utilize key performance indicators to qualify and report asset performance.
- Lead a team of predictive analysts that utilize tools and methods such as remote monitoring and artificial intelligence monitoring to detect equipment issues prior to failure.
- Develop maintenance workflows and ensure plants are utilizing these workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Participate in functional auditing and reports audit and key indicator results to ensure Operations leadership is aware and understanding of plant performances.
- Ensure plant planning and scheduling processes result in efficient and proactive environments. Designs and develops programs and systems to improve the effectiveness of maintenance operations, ensuring that processes are optimized for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Work directly with plant and corporate reliability resources to optimize preventive maintenance activities.
- Partner with Operations team members to co-lead shop floor autonomous development opportunities.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT departments, to design and integrate maintenance systems that align with organizational needs and technological advancements.
Qualifications And Experience Requirements
Technical Bachelor's degree is required – Engineering is preferred8+ years experience in Maintenance Leadership and Industrial ManufacturingCMRP, CMM, CRL or CRE certifications are preferredPredictive science level 1 certificate in thermal analysis, vibration analysis, lubrication analysis, ultrasonic analysis or oil analysis is highly desiredCMMS experience is requiredSAP knowledge is desiredBenefits We Offer :
