Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Operations Specialist (CLM).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the contract lifecycle, including routing documents for signatures and tracking contract status

Monitor and report on the contract pipeline, identifying delays and recommending improvements

Maintain an organized legal filing system and conduct legal research as needed

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required

3+ years of experience in paralegal, legal operations, or a related field

Hands-on experience with contract management systems

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively

Familiarity with database management and reporting
