Job Description :
Hours : Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule : Monday to Friday, with potential for evening or weekend shifts
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Arizona, you will :
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Participate in patient assessments and contribute to a supportive and healing environment.
