Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming school year within a K-12 setting in Monument, NM. This contract position offers a caseload ranging from 65 to 70 students, with support from Assistant Speech-Language Pathologists (ASLs) available to ensure quality service delivery. The role requires serving 1-2 school buildings with a 37.5-hour workweek from July 22, 2025, through May 28, 2026.
Responsibilities :
- Provide speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Utilize available therapy space to conduct individual and group sessions
- Participate in paid team meetings and complete indirect administrative duties
- Engage in ongoing communication with district personnel and families to track student progress
- Adhere to district-specific policies and procedures related to therapy services and documentation
