THE OPPORTUNITY
We are searching for a Rental Coordinator to join our growing Rental operations at our Lafayette, Louisiana location. The Rental Coordinator will be responsible for receiving equipment rental orders from customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
- Prepare contracts for equipment rentals and route trucks to customer sites for delivery and pick up
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer invoices
- Maintain databases and assist with the overall success of the rental department
- Monitor customer accounts and obtain account verification
