Nurse Manager
Responsible for promoting and restoring patient's health by developing day-to-day management and long-term planning of the patient care, directing and developing staff, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staffs and providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. Principal Accountabilities include identifying patient service requirements, maintaining nursing operations, assuring quality of care, managing nursing staff, establishing a compassionate environment, protecting patients and employees, maintaining documentation of patient care services, achieving financial objectives, maintaining professional and technical knowledge, collaborating with LD and NICU, and performing other related duties as assigned. Required qualifications include a BSN, BLS and NRP Certification, and preferred qualifications include an MSN, RNC in MNN or related nursing field, Baby Friendly breastfeeding education completion, 2-5 years of experience in Nursing, HRO training.
