What does a Production Technician II do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Runs automated manufacturing equipment to produce a variety of beverages. Responsible for basic maintenance of the equipment / machines operated.

Schedule : 5 : 00pm - 3 : 30am (Mon - Fri, OT as needed)

Responsibilities :

• Operate and monitor equipment and machines under general supervision; replenish materials as needed throughout the production shift
• Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available and ready; has basic knowledge of the equipment on the manufacturing line
• Visually inspect production run and document results
• Provide basic maintenance of equipment, to include cleaning, inspection of equipment, and lubrication; may also perform basic repairs on less complex equipment or machines
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area; maintain organized workspace
• Perform quality review of equipment to maintain safety and performance standards
• Support Continuous Improvement by participating in root cause / corrective action analyses when equipment is not performing at optimal level; resolve routine issues with equipment or machines
• Function as an equipment owner to maintain operational efficiency and standards of assigned production equipment
• Follow established safety, quality, and environmental policies, practices, and programs
• Performs other duties as assigned.
