Schedule : Monday Friday

Shift : 3 : 30 PM 12 : 00 AM

Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Molding Regrind Associate to support material handling and housekeeping duties within our manufacturing facility. This role involves processing completed products for regrind, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and collaborating with material support and maintenance teams when needed.

Responsibilities

Transport completed product materials to designated regrind areas

Maintain a clean and organized work area, machinery, and floors

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times

Work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision

Interpret and follow work instructions and standard operating procedures

Report equipment or material issues to support and operations teams

Adhere to all quality standards, policies, and procedures

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

No high school diploma or GED required

6 12 months of prior work experience (manufacturing experience preferred but not required)

Ability to read, understand, and follow production documentation and safety guidelines

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Manufacturing environment with standing for long periods

Frequent bending, reaching, walking, kneeling, crouching, pushing / pulling

Repetitive hand and wrist motions

Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs , frequently lift up to 10 lbs

Frequent pushing / pulling up to 10 lbs , occasional up to 30 lbs

Exposure to moving machinery and temperature variations
